1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:

Jonas Pfeiffer-Kramer, Lindenallee 42, 50667 Cologne, Germany
Email: kontakt@artefakt-toolbox.example

2. In short

  • This website is static. There are no accounts, no forms and no comments.
  • We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser (no local storage, no session storage).
  • We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services and load no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.
  • Only the technical access data that necessarily arises when a web page is requested is processed (see section 3).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit it, your browser automatically sends data to the server, which is temporarily processed in log files:

  • IP address,
  • date and time of the request,
  • requested address (URL) and amount of data transferred,
  • browser type and operating system (user agent).

The referrer is only transmitted in a restricted form because of a corresponding setting of the website.

Purpose: delivering the website, stability and security of operation. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). Retention: only as long as necessary for these purposes; log data is deleted or anonymized after a short period according to the hosting provider’s policy.

A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The connection is encrypted with TLS.

4. Demo tools on this page

The demo tools in the display (counter, timer, shopping list) run entirely in your browser in an isolated area. Your input is neither transmitted nor stored and disappears when you reload the page.

5. Link to the web app

The “Open the web app” buttons lead to the standalone web app, which opens in a new tab. The app stores tools and their data only on your device and uploads none of it. When the app loads, the access data described in section 3 arises at the host. The notes provided there apply to the app.

6. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your details (sender, content of the message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests. We delete the message once the request is resolved and no statutory retention duties apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

8. Changes

We will update this notice if the website or the legal situation changes. As of: October 2026.
